Inspection and testing capabilities include the Takaya APT-1600FD dual-sided flying probe ICT, Mirtec MV-6 Omni 3D AOI, and Pemtron Saturn 3D SPI, supporting process control and a target first-pass yield (FPY) of ≥98.5%.
